Privacy

What we collect, why, and what you can do about it — in plain English.

Who we are

Triple Pick is a football prediction game operated from the United Kingdom. This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use it, why, and what your rights are.

You can contact us about anything in this notice at jason.gilbert672@gmail.com, or through the in-app feedback form.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use these to create and secure your account.

When you play, we store your chosen username, your team picks, your league memberships, your scores and results, and any trophies you earn.

If you subscribe to a paid tier, our payment provider Stripe processes your payment and we store only your Stripe customer and subscription references and your subscription status. Your card details never touch our servers.

If you send feedback through the app, we store the message you write.

What we don’t collect

We run no advertising and no third-party analytics. The only cookies we set are the strictly necessary ones that keep you signed in.

Where your data lives

Your account and game data are stored with Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). Our application runs on Vercel, also in Frankfurt. Payments are processed by Stripe. Sign-in is provided by Google. Football fixture data comes from a sports data provider that receives no personal data about you.

Why we’re allowed to process it

We process your data to provide the game and your subscription (performance of a contract), to keep the platform secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests), and to keep required financial records of payments (legal obligation).

How long we keep it

Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your Google identity, email, name, and picture are destroyed immediately and your match history is anonymised — results remain so that your past opponents’ records stay accurate, but nothing in them identifies you. Stripe retains transaction records for as long as financial regulations require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it (your username can be changed in the app), or erase it — the Delete account button on the Membership page does this immediately and permanently, no request needed.

If you believe we have mishandled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Age

Paid accounts are for adults only — by subscribing you confirm you are 18 or over. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
