The agreement

These terms are the agreement between you and Triple Pick when you create an account or subscribe. The game rules published on the Rules page form part of these terms.

What Triple Pick is — and isn’t

Triple Pick is a subscription-based football prediction game. You pay a subscription for access to competitions; you play for league positions, promotion, and trophies.

Triple Pick is not gambling. There are no prize pots, no side-bets, and no redistribution of player money in any form. Subscription fees buy access to the game, never a stake.

Triple Pick is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League or any of its clubs.

Accounts and age

One account per person, and you must keep your sign-in secure. Paid subscriptions are for adults only — by subscribing you confirm you are 18 or over.

Subscriptions and billing

TP Season is free. TP Pro costs £1.99 per year. TP Private costs £3.99 per year and includes everything in TP Pro. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Membership page — your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

If you upgrade from TP Pro to TP Private, your existing subscription is converted and you are charged only the difference for the remainder of your year.

Refunds

If a private league you created is cancelled because fewer than two members joined by its start deadline, your TP Private subscription fee is refunded automatically.

You have a statutory 14-day cancellation right when you subscribe. By subscribing you ask us to provide the service immediately; if you cancel within 14 days having barely used it, contact us and we will refund you. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Fair play

No automated play, no sharing accounts, no exploiting bugs. An administrator may never alter your picks or scores except to apply a rule-based correction. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the game or other players, refunding any unused subscription period at our discretion except in cases of serious abuse.

Leaving

You can delete your account at any time from the Membership page. Any subscription is cancelled immediately, your identity is permanently removed, and your match history is anonymised so that other players’ records stay accurate.

Service and liability

We work to keep Triple Pick available and accurate, but it is provided as-is and occasional downtime or scoring corrections are possible. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and continuing to play after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
